I am so sorry you are having a difficult time. The road to recovery is a few steps forward and one step back. You have been making a lot of progress, this is just part of the process. If you need encouragement, look over your posts from the past year and you will see how far you have come. You can handle it and you will!!! Even if it takes a little help from your meds.
